Shipping typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that this does not include our 1–2 business day processing time to prepare and package your order. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

At Urban Collective Co., all items are made to order. Due to this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, as a detailed size chart is provided for each product. We encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

If your return is approved for reasons other than sizing, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which typically ranges from $5–$10 USD, depending on the weight and location. Not all return requests are accepted. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item and must be in new, unworn condition with tags and original packaging.

Please note, we do not accept returns unless the return process is followed. Items returned without going through the proper procedure will not be accepted.

Our shirts are made from 100% cotton with a heavyweight feel (260gsm).

Small: Chest 18", Length 29", Sleeve 16.75"

Medium: Chest 20", Length 30", Sleeve 18"

Large: Chest 22", Length 31", Sleeve 19.75"

XL: Chest 24", Length 31.5", Sleeve 21"

2XL: Chest 26", Length 33", Sleeve 22.25"

This shirt fits true to size. For a more oversized look and feel, we recommend sizing up.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email before your items have been shipped. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is in progress.

Exchanges are not offered for sizing issues, as we provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Exchanges will only be considered for valid reasons, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
