Processing Time:

At Urban Collective Co., we carefully prepare and package every order. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Time:

Customers are able to select their preferred delivery option at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Also, please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions. 

Please note that this does not include our processing time. As each order is custom printed and prepared with care, processing requires 1–2 business days prior to shipment.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Issues with packages:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once your order is with USPS or UPS, we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages during transit; however, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
